All interested parties will need Preliminary Approval with one of the Preferred Lenders in order to participate in a sales release and reserve a home.

We will be offering a referral fee to Brokers/Agents.  To qualify for the referral fee, Brokers/Agents must accompany their clients on the client’s first visit to Palmero and fill out the Broker/Agent registration form.  Broker/Agent referral fee is not available for occupancy by the Broker or Agent in the transaction.  Neither Broker nor Agent may be a party to the Purchase Agreement, Loan, or on Title for the home. The Palmero property lies within the Mountain View Whisman School District for grades K-8 and the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District for grades 9-12.

The district advises that children residing at Palmero would currently attend the following schools:

• Theuerkauf Elementary (K - 5th grade)

• Crittenden Middle (6 - 8th grade)

• Los Altos High

Per the budget reviewed by the California Bureau of Real Estate for Palmero, initial HOA dues will be approximately $372 per month, which covers common area & private street maintenance; common area liability insurance; common area lighting; trash/recycle services; landscape maintenance & irrigation maintenance, hazard insurance for the homes, exterior painting; roof, gutter/downspouts, siding & foundation maintenance.
