One of our lenders will promptly respond to get you started on the Preliminary Approval process. All interested parties will need Preliminary Approval with one of the Preferred Lenders in order to participate in a sales release and reserve a home.

We will be offering a referral fee to Brokers/Agents.  To qualify for the referral fee, Brokers/Agents must accompany their clients on the client’s first visit to Palmero and fill out the Broker/Agent registration form.  Broker/Agent referral fee is not available for occupancy by the Broker or Agent in the transaction.  Neither Broker nor Agent may be a party to the Purchase Agreement, Loan, or on Title for the home. The Palmero property lies within the Mountain View Whisman School District for grades K-8 and the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District for grades 9-12.

The district advises that children residing at Palmero would currently attend the following schools:

• Theuerkauf Elementary (K - 5th grade)

• Crittenden Middle (6 - 8th grade)

• Los Altos High

For the most current information regarding school assignments, boundary changes, facilities and bus service, buyers should contact the Mountain View Whisman School District at www.mvwsd.org/ and the Mountain View- Los Altos Union High School District at www.mvla.net.

Per the budget reviewed by the California Bureau of Real Estate for Palmero, initial HOA dues will be approximately $372 per month, which covers common area & private street maintenance; common area liability insurance; common area lighting; trash/recycle services; landscape maintenance & irrigation maintenance, hazard insurance for the homes, exterior painting; roof, gutter/downspouts, siding & foundation maintenance.
